What qualifies for free shipping and what does not?

All orders placed through our online print shop include shipping to anywhere inside the US at no additional cost. Custom prints and/or deliveries outside of the US (including Canada) may require additional shipping and handling costs. To receive a shipping estimate please contact us with details about what you would like to order and your address via email.

What do I do if my print arrives damaged?

Prints purchased through this website are packed professionally and insured. Every precaution is taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Due to shipping company requirements, deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.

If your order is damaged during delivery, take pictures of the damage to the print and packaging then email the photos to us. Once we have that documentation, we will be able to order a replacement and have it delivered to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Since your order is printed individually based on your desired configuration, we are unable to accept returns.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us immediately if your print does not meet your expectations. Together we will find a solution to your concern.
